Pretty & Polished Party On My Yacht

I'm really excited for the polish that I have today! Pretty & Polished Party On My Yacht, is another indie that I got for Christmas.

Party On My Yacht is a white creme with green, purple, gold, and pink glitter and little blue bar glitters. The colors of the glitter go so great together. I like the addition of the bar glitter but I wish it would show up a little more. Next time, I will make sure to shake my bottle a bit.

The formula impressed me. It was easy to apply. I got great coverage in three coats. I might have applied coats that were a little too thick, so I will be sure to apply thinner coats when I wear it again.

I'm so in love with Party On My Yacht. I'm incredibly happy to cross it off my wishlist. Sadly, it looks like it is now discontinued from the brand, but I'm not sure why. All I know is that I'm going to cherish it!

KBShimmer Elle

For Christmas, I was happy to receive indie polishes that I had been wanting for a while. KBShimmer was one of the brands I had been lusting after and today I have one of them to show you. Elle was one of the top polishes I wanted from the brand.

Elle is from the KBShimmer Circus collection. It's a beautiful grey jelly packed with pink, gray, and white glitter in various shapes and sizes. The combination of grey and pink together is absolutely gorgeous. The polish itself is really unique, at least to me.

I contemplated wearing it alone but I decided to conserve it, so I layered two coats over one coat of China Glaze Elephant Walk, which made a great match. The formula on Elle was good. It had great coverage and thankfully no fishing was required.

I'm so happy with Elle! I have no complaints, I love everything about it. So far, I'm impressed with KBShimmer and I can't wait to wear my others.

OPI Live and Let Die

The truth is, I didn't plan to wear anything on my nails for St. Patrick's Day. However, I did find three beautiful polishes later in the day. I ultimately ended up wearing one, which turned out to be St. Patrick's Day appropriate, at least in my opinion. It is OPI Live and Let Die, from the James Bond collection.

Excuse my super short nails. I stupidly broke my middle finger nail about a week ago and immediately went and filed the rest away. I hope they'll grow back fast.

Anyway, Live and Let Die is a dark forest green with golden green flakies. It is so gorgeous! I love how rich it is. At first I didn't buy it because I thought it was close to China Glaze Glittering Garland, but it's actually a lot different. It's much darker.

Formula wise, it was very easy to apply and opaque in just two coats! That makes me incredibly happy.

Live and Let Die is definitely a new favorite of mine! Any green lover should have this beauty in their collection.

Hard Candy Sweet Tooth & Pixie Pink

Today I have the last group of my Hard Candy Candy Sprinkles polishes to show you! They are Sweet Tooth and Pixie Pink, the most girly shades of the bunch.

Sweet Tooth is a Nails Inc Sweets Way dupe. It is a milky white base with pink, white, and blue glitter. It was the most sheer out of the others, but I don't care, I love it! Aside from Gummy Green, it is my favorite from the collection. Pixie Pink has the same colored glitter in it as Sweet Tooth, but instead it's in a light milky pink base. I like it, it's pretty.

Formula wise, they were as good as the others. Easy to apply and fast drying. Since Sweet Tooth was more sheer, I used three coats. I only used two for Pixie Pink.

So that's all of the Candy Sprinkles polishes that I have for you! I love them and I highly recommend them.

Hard Candy Sugar Rush & Jelly Bean Blue

Today I have more of the Hard Candy Candy Sprinkles polishes to share! This time the colors I paired together are Sugar Rush and Jelly Bean Blue.

Sugar Rush is a white polish packed with black and silver glitter. It totally reminds me of Cookies & Cream ice cream. Jelly Bean Blue is a light blue base with blue and black glitter. I love both of them!

As with the two other polishes from the Candy Sprinkles line that I've worn, these ones were easy to apply, fast drying, and I was able to reach opacity in just two coats. I only needed two coats of top coat to make them smooth.

I have yet to be disappointed with the Candy Sprinkles polishes! If you want them for yourself, all 9 shades are available at Walmart and retail for around $4.

Hard Candy Gummy Green & Cocoa Smore

Some of you might already be aware that the brand Hard Candy, which is available at Walmart, has released 45 new polishes! I recently picked up 9 of them. Six are from the Candy Sprinkles collection, which I'm crazy about. They're very similar to the Nails Inc Sprinkles Lane collection, but they're only $3.97, compared to $9.50, and they offer a wider range of colors. Nails Inc does offer more product at 0.33 oz, while Hard Candy is only 0.26 oz. I can deal with that. I wanted to conserve what I have, so I paired two colors together. Here is one of my favorites, Gummy Green, and Cocoa Smore (Nails Inc. Sugar House Lane dupe).

Gummy Green is a mint base with black and silver glitter. Doesn't it make you think of mint chip ice cream? Cocoa Smore is a brown base with black and silver glitter. It definitely makes me think of chocolate. I love the two together.

When I saw the press release, I assumed the Candy Sprinkles polishes were going to be top coats, but I can happily say that they're not! Both were opaque at two coats and fast drying. They were a little gritty when dried but top coat fixed that.

Are you loving these Sprinkles polishes as much as I am? I'm assuming the others are just as awesome, I can't wait to wear them. I'm not sure if this collection, or the others, are limited edition, so don't hesitate to get them!
